Traditional seasonal signs
- Cool winds arrive 凉风至
- White dew falls 白露降
- Autumn cicadas sing 寒蝉鸣
These are traditional poetic observations used in the design, rather than a modern scientific account. The seasonal date is approximately 8 Aug and varies by year.
