A lotus motif for Minor Heat. The collection pairs a long pierced metal bookmark with a painted enamel round-fan bookmark, explored as a browser-based design study.
Traditional seasonal signs
- Warm winds arrive 温风至
- Crickets shelter by the walls 蟋蟀居宇
- Young hawks learn to hunt 鹰始挚
These are traditional poetic observations used in the design, rather than a modern scientific account. The seasonal date is approximately 7 Jul and varies by year.
